Standard Resins

Formlabs SLA Resins

Formlabs has developed this product in-house to ensure that only the best is good enough. With Formlabs Resin, Formlabs provides perfect detailing without compromising the strength and hardness of the print. High resolution For the most demanding applications, the Formlabs engineers have perfected the recipe for the Standard Gray Resin. The smallest details are effortlessly transferred from the 3D design to a tangible model.

Formlabs Draft Resin

The fastest 3Dprint resin available for the Formlabs Form 2 and Form 3. It is suitable for fast printing of large, bulky parts used for prototypes. With a coating thickness of 300 μm (microns), it has acceptable precision for prototyping, while allowing much faster design iterations. The improved version of the Draft resin is even faster, almost 4 times as fast as standard resin. This speed can also be achieved at layer heights of 100 and 200 um, so that details in the product remain clearly visible.

Clear resin voor transparante toepassingen

Stereolithography 3D printing technology enables clear printing on the desktop. Clear Resin is great for making liquids and molds, optics, lighting, and any parts that require transparency.

Engineering Resin

Formlabs Tough Resin

Formlabs Tough Resin is our most durable, adaptive, and impact-resistant material. Similar to ABS, it is ideal for engineering prototypes and has been developed to withstand high stress or strain. This material is perfect when you require great impact resistance for rugged prototyping, and can also be used for snap-fit joints, living hinges and parts that require post-print machining. Tough Resin can be printed at 50 and 100 micron layer heights.

Formlabs Form Durable Resin

Durable was designed to simulate polypropylene (PP) plastic, with comparable low modulus and high-impact strength. Use this wear-resistant, ductile material when parts require deformation and a smooth, glossy finish.

Formlabs Form Grey Pro Resin

Whether you’re optimizing your manufacturing process, rapidly iterating through designs, or assessing form, fit, and function, our Engineering Resins for the Form 2 are formulated to withstand extensive testing and perform under stress.

Grey Pro Resin’s high precision, moderate elongation, and resistance to deformation over time make it a versatile material suitable for a wide range of engineering applications.

Formlabs Form Flexible Resin

Flexible Resin has elastomeric properties which allow you to print bendable and compressible parts on Formlabs printers. Parts are pliable when thin and resilient when thick.

Formlabs Form High Temperature Resin

High Temp has heat deflection resistance up to a temperature of 289 ° C @ 0.45 MPa, the highest resistance on the 3D printing market. This material is optimized for static applications that must withstand high temperatures. High Temp can also be used for production processes such as casting and thermoforming.
